UNIOPTICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the UniOptics service operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. TERMS OF SERVICE

UniOptics, located at 8339 Kennedy Road #2321 Markham, ON L3R 0P5 Canada, provides optical services including eye examinations, prescription eyewear, and non-prescription eyewear, among other services.

2. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or in-person. We request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

3. PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescriptions are required for the purchase of prescription eyewear. Prescriptions must be provided by a licensed ophthalmologist or optometrist and must be no older than two years.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit, and most major credit cards.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase with receipt. The product must be in the original condition. Custom orders, including prescription eyewear, are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit or exchange.

6. DISCLAIMER

UniOptics is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of our products. Always follow the product instructions and consult an eye care professional if you experience discomfort.

7. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

8. CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
